This stop motion animated music video, titled Star Bound To Heaven was made from the album art of the first single released by Tic Toc Tunes in 1991. The video was made by slicing the cover art into 250 individual frames then customizing each frame in a photo editor and finally laying them out on a story board with transitions and special effects.
